Dairy Days

We work with multiple dairies across the UK to host dairy days. Although the format is slightly different at each dairy, the day usually includes a tour of the dairy, sometimes cheese making, grading & a light lunch. Your team will learn about the history of the dairy, the cheesemaking process & how best to serve the cheese. Previous dairy days have been held at Alsop & Walker East Sussex, Burts Cheese Cheshire, Cheddar Gorge Somerset, Shepherds Purse Thirsk, Sheffield Cheesemasters, Swaledale Cheese Richmond & Wensleydale Dairy Hawes.
