Tha’s Mucky: Let us take you down memory lane to a time when you were young & carefree… Out with tha’ mates in the field making dens. Coming home with mucky knees & faces…. This memory is what has inspired our newest creation Tha’s Mucky! 2020 Has seen the launch of our mini cow’s milk cheese, it really is as cute as a button! Brushed lightly in ash & matured for two weeks, the taste is rich & creamy… Perfect for a starter or on a cheeseboard.

Stottie: Launched for Spring 2018 Stottie is our new mould ripened goats milk brie, made using the finest Yorkshire milk. The cheese is smooth, rich, & creamy with a fresh clean flavour! Another Cryer & Stott exclusive to add to their portfolio of award-winning artisan cheeses.

Flatcapper Northern Brie: White mould ripened cheese made with pasteurised Yorkshire cow’s milk. Exclusive to Cryer & Stott Cheesemongers. Its flavour fills the mouth with intensity and the luxurious creamy texture rounds off a sumptuous taste experience. Bronze winner at the 2018 World Cheese Awards.

Ewe Beauty: Ewe better believe it! Cryer & Stott have created a n’ewe’ addition to add to their portfolio of award-winning cheeses. Washed in brine this is a semi soft ewes milk cheese which has been likened to a pecorino style. The cheese has been matured for at least six months giving an amazing nutty flavour profile with a hint of caramel. The Pecorino style cheese started its winning streak at the Great Yorkshire Show by winning gold & then best in its class before being awarded speciality cheese makers cheese of the year & finally crowned supreme champion cheese 2019. Unpasteurised & vegetarian rennet.

Harrogate Blue: An exclusive golden bodied, delicate blue veined cheese made with milk from classy Yorkshire cows. Harrogate Blue is a soft and luxuriously creamy cheese delivering a mellow blue flavour with a hint of pepper to finish.

Britannia Cheddar: A true British staple, this cheddar created by Cryer & Stott Cheesemongers using the best Yorkshire cow’s milk. The cheese is matured for 16 months. It has a smooth flavour, that is powerful yet addictive! Perfect on any cheeseboard.
