Consisting of;

Stottie: Launched for Spring 2018 Stottie is our new mould ripened goats milk brie, made using the finest Yorkshire milk. The cheese is smooth, rich, & creamy with a fresh clean flavour! Another Cryer & Stott exclusive to add to their portfolio of award-winning artisan cheeses.

Bluemin White: A soft, creamy, mould ripened cows’ milk cheese. This cheese ripens from the outside, developing an almost brie like texture with a velvety blue rind. Made by Katie & Caroline Bell at Shepherds Purse Creamery Thirsk.

Drunken Burt: Produced by Claire Burt on her farm in Knutsford Cheshire. A cow's milk cheese with a difference, it is washed by hand in cider! The paste of the cheese takes on some of the golden colour of the cider and some of the flavour characteristics, sometimes you almost pick up a smokey note from the oak barrels. Younger drunken Burts have a slightly chalky centre, which softens as it continues to mature.  Pasteurised & suitable for vegetarians.

Britannia Cheddar: A true British staple, this cheddar created by Cryer & Stott Cheesemongers using the best Yorkshire cow’s milk. The cheese is matured for 16 months. It has a smooth flavour, that is powerful yet addictive! Perfect on any cheeseboard.
